• How long does my membership last?

  Your membership runs for a full calendar year. When you renew, you get another full year.

  So, if you renew early, you get one additional full year.

  E.g. If your renewal date is 14 March 2026, the after renewal, it will be 14 March 2027. You get another full year.

• What is the difference between Public and Private contact information?

  Your Public contact information can be seen by members and the general public. It will depend on which section on the site.

  Your Private contact information is only visible to Mercury Business Networking.

  The idea, is that you can provide private info, that only we can see. So, that if people use info@xxxxxx or hello@xxxxx then we still have a way to send important emails, that are not simply enquiries or casual contacts.

  Will they be used, only by us and mostly the email. The phone is just in case I need you when other contact doesn’t work. When we have more function, it will make more sense.

• How much will my sponsorship be next year?

  We reward loyalty, so you will pay the same rate until your sponsorship lapses.

  So, if you sponsored and event for £100 + VAT this year, it will be the same next year and the year after until you stop sponsoring that event.

  This applies to all the different sponsorship types.

• Where are my emails?

  When you perform an action that sends an email, the message is sent before you see the confirmation screen.

  This means, it was already sent on success.

  Please check your spam folder, as they sometimes end up in there.
